360 Lifecycle are on track to be the UK’s top ISV providing solutions to the financial and mortgage advisors market. Their solutions are used by independent financial advisors across the UK to manage customer relationships, track opportunities and provide comprehensive, reliable advice, whilst ensuring compliance with UK law.
The major challenge with traditional software for the IFA market is its basis on the process rather than the customer. What was required was a more customer-centric approach. The customer is placed at the heart of the 360 solution, making it quick and simple to see the details of exactly what products they hold. The industry also agrees with this focus and their parent company, Lifetime, recently won the ‘Best use of Technology by a Broker’ award at the prestigious Mortgage Strategy Awards.
To address this challenge, 360 Lifecycle started working with Dot Net Solutions, who immediately advised the use of Microsoft's Windows Azure and SQL Azure platforms. These scalable hosting platforms would allow 360 Lifecycle to deliver its applications from the Cloud, with the software hosted on Microsoft's network of state-of-the-art data centres. Working closely with Dot Net Solutions, it took only six weeks to move the 360 Lifecycle application from the existing, single-tenanted server-based application to Windows Azure and SQL Azure.
